Registration Information

SETH MEDICAL WAIVER Only need if player didn’t register online!

All teams must register online and pay with a credit/debit card. PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER WITH A PERSONAL LAPTOP RATHER THAN A Phone, School Computer or iPad and try to be in a location WHERE INTERNET SERVICE WON’T CUT OUT ON YOU. 🙂

You should receive a confirmation email once complete. Check your spam as it may end up in there. If uploading player cards, one PDF upload is all you need.

A late fee will be applied for registrations past the due date, entry fee is $30/player plus handling fee. Included in your $30 is a guaranteed 3 games, one round of our Six Shot & two rounds of our Speed Shot Contests, and a Seth Ernst Soccer Slam T-Shirt.

Ages 11 – 14/15 BOYS PLAY SATURDAYS and GIRLS PLAY SUNDAYS

*Ages 6/7 – 10 PLAY 4 v 4 and all other divisions play 3 v 3

2025 RULES

IMPORTANT: We follow the IYSA Birth Year requirements.

A copy of birth certificate, pic on phone, OR a current player card is required at check-in. These may also be uploaded during online registration – just one PDF of all cards is needed!

The medical waiver is ONLINE – just click a box!

If you do not register ONLINE, a waiver must be signed at Team Check-in along with proof of age.

REGISTER FOR Ages 11 – 14/15 (can’t be in HS) HERE: Registration for 6/7 – 10 HERE:

• All u6/7 teams play on Sunday, February 2, 2025. (B & G)
• Each team may register up to 8 players
• Players ages 14/15 may NOT be in high school.

REGISTER FOR GENESEO HIGH SCHOOL HERE: Opens Nov. 1, 2025

REGISTER FOR U2Old HERE:  Opens Nov. 1, 2025

• Division is restricted to residents of District 228, Seth Coaches, and Geneseo HS Alumni.
• Teams must be CO-ED and play on Saturday, February 1st, 2025.
• Each team may register 8 players with 1 of them being a “guest” player (must be out of HS).
